Do I need a TV Licence to watch Amazon Instant video?

And the current answer via a Google search is -

This applies to any device and provider you use, including ITV Player, All 4, Sky Go, Virgin Media, BT TV, Apple TV, Now TV, YouTube, Roku and Amazon Instant Video.
You also need a TV Licence to download or watch BBC programmes on iPlayer – live, catch up or on demand.

Err, NO! The absolute opposite is true. No wonder people are getting confused.

You only need a TV Licence if you watch live TV, or access content on the BBC iPlayer. The rest are fair game, Including Amazon. Naughty Google...
