and you should have been allowed time to read the sign , decide then stay or move

if they push this court ,

    a: they will loose
    b: they will look idiots
c:gladstones will charge PCM about £500

if they win , this will cost you no more than £175 , but PCM will still pay £500

so why pay them now? , let them loose money , and smile

the total amount theyre trying to claim is £155.56
    court fee £25
    Legal representative's cost £50

    so total £230.56

its so infuriating that scammers are allowed to do this form of harassment and its legal.

£230 it might be on paper , but the fact is the limit set by government is £100 ,+ £50 + £25 not £230 , so don,t worry about that

gladstones will invoice PCM a lot of money for their services afterwards

    You're right, of course.

You should complain about this to your MP (they are the only ones who can change the law), because there's little prospect of anyone else with influence being able to stop this mass harassment and rip-off of the Great British public.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

PG. IIMU that the SRA are in fact investigating the relationship between Gladstones and the IAS. However, if YOU were also to bring this to their attention, I am sure it would do no harm.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

these are some photos i took and a photo of the sign.

also if i wanted to put up pics that i extracted from their response to IAS, do i need to black out my details? or does it not matter?
