Yay, its like reading the Daily Mail. Just add a picture with stern faced with crossed arms and you hit the Daily Mail hat trick.

All we need know is a silly complaint reason for the bonus point....

that bank account had a "flexible" overdraft. Every time I got near the overdraft limit, it would increase without asking for my permission.
