I am sorry OP, but that is terrible, rambling emotive, tortologous, a bit ranty. Keep it simple, stick to the facts, otherwise It will not be taken seriously, remember, you are trying to get the attention of one of the giants of the retail trade.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Lidl have replied to my complaint letter saying they've contacted Athena and requested that the charge be cancelled! :T:beer:

I sent the letter pretty much as it is above to the old & new MDs and also CC'd customer.services@lidl.co.uk to be sure.

Email Ronny Gottschlich Managing Director, he cancels loads of Athena tickets.
I like that. Send it off.

Boom! Told you so. Well done, glad when advice pays off as predicted. :T

Thanks for reporting back, you'd never believe the number who milk pages of advice, then don't have the common decency to update regulars who have given them huge amounts of their own free time to help with their problem.

Raise a glass or two tonight!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Google maps timeline was the first thing I checked but the first visit just shows as driving because we never stopped the car, just went round the car park & back out again. It does show me as being at home for most of the time I was supposed to be in their car park but not sure how I can share other than screenshots?

I realise this is now sorted, but once you've got the relevant data on your phone, if you log into your Google account on a PC and access your timeline, you can simply print it off as you would do any webpage.

Apologies if I'm teaching you how to suck eggs, but it may be useful for others in a similar boat as I was when I recently had to rely on similar information.
