Hello everyone,
I have for the past year and a half been taking advantage of the interest paying current accounts.
I have recently began stoozing with a now 6 month old barclays at 1k limit (to be extended by them this month to 1500) and a recently opened MBNA card with £1700 limit.
I have no "debts", no missed payments, no overdrafts ccjs etc.
I tried for a first direct current account today and was refused with them citing "I didn't meet their account opening criteria" and that "our decision is not based on adverse information provided by a credit reference agency"
It is the first time I have ever been refused any sort of account/credit so I thought I'd check my Noddle which a year earlier was reporting me as "very good"
It now lists me as 1/5 and very poor with a score of 544.
Has anyone had any similar issues with Noddle, I have no missed payments of anything with the only debt being £900 on a credit card which I can pay off instantly if needs be.
Any help/advice would.be very much appreciated.

Ignore your score.
They've told you've failed their criteria and that it is not based on CRA data. Apply elsewhere.0 -
Ok thank you,
I thought as much re:criteria based rejection but needed to make sure.0 -
The score is not important a bank cannot see this they can only see the accounts you hold and the information relating to it.
You should also check you Experian and Equifax data as this maybe different to noddle/call credit. As according to http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/credit-reference . First Direct do not check noddle for new applications.
If you cannot identify a reason why your application is rejected you could always contact them for more information. It can be something as simple as you have a different address on an account, not on electoral roll etc.0
