Nationwide Statements

So I Just downgraded Flex Direct Account To Flex Account few days ago as 5% ended after 12 months...
My Flex Direct PDF Statements looked like this http://www.onlinenoveltydocs.co.uk/images/fullscreen/nationsamp.gif & last Statement which says flex account...
How can I get my Flex Account statements to look like this PDF/Post (Not Received post yet as only just changed it)
http://www.banknovelties.net/images/Nation.jpg as they are easier to read/understand

I mean 5% interest ended and wanted to know to get that layout Statement as it easier to read than the old layout0

Postal statements were originally like the design in your first link, until Nationwide changed to a more modern, clearer, design. The PDF copies, however, are still the old version, so if you want the newer design you'll have to opt for postal statements.0

If I download the PDF form to Windows Edge, rather than Internet Explorer, the forms are much clearer and easier to read.
It's the same with bus timetables.0
