SAS and MWB necessary?

I have just re-installed Windows 7 service pack 1 on my laptop.
I am using Microsoft security essentials and Windows firewall and
Adblockplus.

I used to use and run weekly, Superantispyware and Malwarebytes. Should I download them again or is it not necessary with what I am already using?
