Thoughts on this GPEOL (HARLESDEN PLAZA)

Hi all I'm currently drafting up a POPLA appeal against LCP Parking services (Harlesden Plaza). I've done plenty of reading from the newbies and from previous Harlesden threads particularly Lynnehs thread (LCP Harlesden Plaza Car Park fine) which has provided me with a good template to work with. What are your thoughts about the following GPEOL?

DVLA Lookup
£2.50
Kadoe enquiry.

Postage and Consumables
£1.41
Postage, printing, and back-office cost per PCN.

Labour costs
£105.00
3 man hours labour cost for processing THIS notice.

Non-payment on the date of event
£1.20
Allowing for the 11 minutes grace period, the tariff is £1.20 for half an hour.

Total:
£110.11

The charge itself is £100 yet their GPEOL adds up to more than that and quite frankly 3 man hours to send out a template NTK seems excessive. Also they have changed their GPEOL from what they have provided in the past for example in Lynnehs case they gave the following:

Excerpt from their letter
DVLA Lookup
£2.50
Kadoe enquiry @ £2.50
Postage and Consumables
£5.00
Postage, printing, and back-office cost per PCN
Under-payment on the date of event
£1.20

Loss of revenue whilst car in-situ
£1.20

Administration cost
£25.00
Labour cost for processing the 1st notice and subsequent appeal @ 2 man hours
total:
£34.90

I have a few other points to tackle them on, one in particular is the fact they only gave a reduced charge period of 13 days even though the NTK states 14, I have proof in the form of screen shots from their websites payment system. I raised this in my appeal to LCP and they didnt not respond to it in their rejection letter which gives me hope, they actually decided to go back to the reduced sum (£50) for another 14 days in hopes I'd pay but to me that seems nonsensical since their "genuine" estimate of losses is more than double that.
