CTC suspended yet money still owed

Had my CTC renewal and from when I was a single lone parent living alone my claim got suspended for not giving them my new address it states money is still owed to me is XXX amount, am I able to contact them to claim that back as i had moved house.
I started a joint claim at the end of the year when i had moved in with new partner?
Not sure if thats just written off or if i contact them I can claim it back as it states still owed??
