Civil Partnership or Married?

Joined the Credit Club today and I realised I might unwittingly be lying on application forms. In May my wife and I converted our Civil Partnership into a Marriage. When the option comes up, Which box do I tick?
Previously when I attempted to ammend my personal details with a credit agency, was told I keep my original surname in my profile, but my married surname becomes a linked name to me. Is that correct?
