I know a lot of people dont like Apple or their products but I would like to praise them for sorting my daughter's laptop over the phone. It is not new and we do not pay for support. They spent over 1/2 hour on the phone and sorted the problem. Fair play to them.

Apple Support have been brilliant with me. Every time I upgrade I have problems with my tiscali email.

Have you got a number of who you spoke with? Last time I spoke to their 'customer service' department and was an absolute joke I urge everyone to by Android so we are rid of their tax dodging cancer of a company0

They were good with me last time I had to use them. Despite having no warranty or support plan in my place they successfully diagnosed the problem and offered the solution which I was able to implement myself for free. Happy days!0

Because Google aren't as bad? They gave back £130m this year in back taxes out the goodness of their heart
