Cloudnine hair Iron

Morning all. My problem is that I purchased a pair of cloud nine hair Irons on line from cloudninehair.com. My first pair were called cloud nine touch,bought in May 2015. After only using them for eight months they stopped working. I contacted the manufactures and was told to send them back, and within a week I was sent a new pair. The new pair were called cloud nine original iron different to the one's I had sent back, which was fine I didn't mind they were more expensive then the one's I sent back. Now my new irons which I have only had since March this year have also stopped working.

I contacted cloud nine again and they have emailed me back saying I would have to pay for a repair as the original warrant has run out.
So although I received a new pair this March there was no warrant with them.

I have had two pairs in just over a year and both which haven't lasted a year.

Any help much appreciated.
