Halifax Clarity Online Statement Missing - Again?

My statement date was 3rd August but no online statement available as yet. Page is showing that the card had no use in the preceding month, however there has been lots of use and the outstanding balance seems to be what I would expect it to be.

Had this problem a year or two back but it seems to have resurfaced. Anyone else?

It's the same with my TSB Platinum MC, statement date 2 Sep. They use the same system as Halifax.

Same thing here. No September statement yet although the transactions for August are all listed.

If you go to 'Recent Transactions' there is an 'earlier' link at the top & bottom of the transaction list. Click that and it will show you all last months transactions as well as your statement details for August (in a grey box above the transactions). Mine says statement date (4th Sept.) balance, due date & minimum payment.

I assume there was a problem adding the online statements/PDFs this month and they will be added when they sort it.

I rang them up about this yesterday.

They said they hope to have the problem sorted by Monday.
