Depending on the value of the item, have you made sure that the buyer knows that there may be import duties for them to pay?
The US also has strict import regulations and there are quite a few items on their prohibited list so it would be well worth making sure that the item in question won't get impounded when it gets to its destination.0 -
Also, f you are sending with a carrier you want to be sure that the recipient pays import fees and duties. If you don't tick the correct boxes when booking the collection, with Fedex for instance, you can end up with the bill.shaun_from_Africa wrote: »Depending on the value of the item, have you made sure that the buyer knows that there may be import duties for them to pay?
