Hi Guys back again for more advice
just received a letter headlined Notice of Debt Recovery I'm overdue the parking amount plus another £60 added on to it for admin fees. I've gone from being passed on to MIL to DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited)
I can pay up
Call to discuss this matter or wait 14 days for the case to be reviewed for legal recovery and such costs being added to the debt recovery.
Back of the letter says This case is not subject to high court or Bailiff action
I still live in Scotland, debt was from Blackpool
Any advice what to do with this?

Thank you all for your time and support on this matter

It's just a debt collector and you're in Scotland. Ignore the crap out of it unless they take you to court.
