use of cameras outside stipulated hours

Hello
In a Euro Car Parks operated car park the signs say the use cameras to detect vehicle registrations is in use from 0900 to 1830.

However they have used data from cameras to issue a ticket via the post that I parked at 1927 hours (which I did)

What do you suggest?

TIA

The usual template appeal from the NEWBIES thread plus a line mentioning the above but NOT saying 'I parked' (NOT identifying nor implying that the keeper appellant was driving). The NEWBIES sticky explains why you write this from the registered keeper, only ever mentioning 'the driver' in the third person.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
