Bought Item, still waiting!

Hi

Hoping someone can advise where to go with this. I bought an item from an online shop for my fiance's birthday. I ordered it on the 24th August for £35.59, I received a confirmation of my order and all was ok. But I am still waiting. The website claimed they had more stock arrived and that there were 8 of the item in stock when I ordered.

I know it's not a majorly long time, but it's frustrating not knowing if it's coming or if it's not. I've had no confirmation of them sending it, the website still says processing. But it's been nearly 2 weeks now, I wouldn't mind if they told me they didn't have stock, I could then know to get something else for his birthday it's the not knowing.

I've emailed about 3 times, I've facebooked messaged them and tweeted them. There's no phone number on the website, all the contact bit is just a contact form or an email. This is supposedly a UK company. They took full payment on the 26th August but nothing since.

Any help would be great as I'm a bit lost on where to go now or how long to leave it
