I know of at least 4 people who have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and/or depression in the last 6 months, who are now on vitamin supplements and are much better to the point of being able to return to work!
I wouldnt dismiss those vitamin B tablets!
I wish more doctors took this kind of approach. Whilst medication has its place (and is vital for some) it tends to mask the symptoms rather than addressing the cause of the problem. OP go back and see your doctor, it sounds like they have your best interests at heart.0 -

I went to the doctors once and told her what was happening. She asked if there was any problems with a boyfriend. Why would she ask that when I didn't even mention anything to do with relationships? I told her the truth: I don't have a boyfriend. She gave me some tablets which I researched online when I got home and found they're B vitamins! I haven't been to see the doctor since.
I tried working in a charity shop but found it just like any other shop
I didn't last long.
I like arts and crafts and I'm hoping to make some cards that my parents will take to work with her and see if any of her coworkers want to buy. I enjoy leaving reviews of movies and TV shows I've seen on imb. I don't know if that could lead onto a job.
Are recruitment consultants in agencies more in tune to people than those at the Job Centre?
I am a manager of a charity shop and I have a young lady just like you she works as a volunteer in the back, with normally only me tagging and steaming clothes and pricing things, she doesn't need to go onto the busy shop floor unless she wants to but today plucked up the courage to take some plates down to the assistant on the shop floor its taken about 3 months but she is gaining confidence every day and of course her work with me will go on her CV and I will give her a reference.
I don't discuss the charity I work for on open forum, BUT if you want to pm me and tell me where you live I am more than happy to find out if we have a shop in your area that needs volunteers and give you the phone number, I would even ring the manager on your behalf if it would help0 -
The other thing is to look into areas that won't involve working with loads of people. Ive had a few stints in agency work, usually just working with a few others but generally just got on with the job which might help. None of it was taxing but I didn't have to deal with others and it weren't too bad really:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

Another shout for the charity shop volunteering route here.
It's a great way to get relevant experience in an environment that isn't going to be as pressured as a regular role.0 -
Can I ask about the incident in Tesco, why would a random customer (I presume a customer) blame you for her doings ?0
