Private road then' I'll just shift it myself with a few burley mates.

Poor advice. Anyone doing so will be liable for any damage they cause to the car
They'd have prove who moved the car first!
Just for the record I have no intention of moving it and I don't know any burley men. Hopefully it will be gone tomorrow... if not I shall inform the council and take it from there:beer: Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0 -
the Police fined me once (quite rightly) whilst I parked on the pavement in Henlow at my mums in the 1990's.
I wasn't blocking access but I was blocking the footpath to users with prams etc.
Re tax: it will have to be sorned if no tax plus should be OFF THE ROAD not in a public place which private land can be classed as, worth a quick call to your local community police officer or council access officer. If the householder was in a wheelchair for example they would be stuck.
Is this of use:

That's a fine bit of inconsideration!0 -
It's also uninsured... no wonder they've dumped it on private land
Which makes me wonder if it's even registered to a real address - I'd phone the police and let them know as it's likely to either be stolen / cloned or falsey registered so that it's untraceable. They may want to have a look.0 -

Put-in a window, call the police and mention the unsecured nature of the vehicle, smell of petrol, safety hazzard, kids nosing about etc.
Then the police will take an interest.
Don't get caught of course.
The advice itself came straight but "unofficial" from a police officer who initially couldn't deal with a dumped car on a former road of mine. It was removed within a few hours of the call.

We've seen one of those already. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.
