I had that problem when I first tried and just opened it up again made sure I had ticked the terms box and it went through

Aha... you need to enter the code BEFORE ticking the box.

I have tried this in Firefox and IE but getting nowhere so I have used their contact us. If others are still having trouble maybe a few more messages on their contact us will sort it

It seems to be fine if you fill out the verification code and then tick the box.
