Cancelling whilst in VM contract?

Hi all,

Does anyone know, in view of the November price rise, if I can cancel my VM package mid contract without having to pay the remainder of the contract or any cancellation fees?

Thanks
Laura

Yes, if you have had notification of a price rise, you can leave for free within 30 days
  • Not had notification yet but assume I will soon.

So even though I'm in a contract I can just leave?

Only if you follow the procedure in the notification .
Just cancel and you will be charged for breaking the contract .
