Which card should i apply for?

I want to transfer the balance of my platinum barclaycard onto a new card. I owe around £250 but have been turned down several times in the past. So far i have had 2 seperate bank credit cards, Marbles card and my Barclaycard as well as 2 personal loans and mobile phone contracts since i was 19. (6 years) I have never missed or even had a late payment.
I have just graduated and am earning £18k, live with my parents and im worried it will look bad on my credit file if im turned down again.

Can someone please suggest a card with a decent APR i should apply for? I only recently moved back with my parents so i wont be on the electoral role here, will that count against me?

Being on the electrol role will have a big impact on any lender saying yes. This may be your problem.
