Dart Charge - PCN
I made a journey to Kent in August (26th) and returned same route on 28th - was not aware of a charge till I received my first PCN in post today!
Its states PCN will be cancelled if all dues are paid in 14 days, I have paid the £5.00 for 2 crossings, does that mean my PCN stands cancelled as paid in time?
The letter says only first PCN will be cancelled. I have received 1 warning notice and 1 PCN.
But when I went online it said outstanding charges £5.00.

You're probably best off phoning them and asking. https://www.gov.uk/pay-dartford-crossing-charge
I'm surprised that they would let you off the penalty fee.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Ectophile - Thanks for the response, I have contacted them and have informed me that if I pay the charges for the crossings i.e £2.50 x 2 =£5 before the said date on the letter the PCN charges is waived.
The letter said 19/09/2016 which I have paid in on 6th.0
