Overcharged but no receipt

Hello

I have just realised I was overcharged when using my card at M&S (£7.65 for an apple!). Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt. Do you think there is anything I can do?

Thanks

go and ask the store, someone there should be able to look up a transaction, give as much info as you can about the time etc and then see what it says on their receipt e.g. did you just buy an apple and charged 7.65 or do other items show? or is a different amount listed?
    Yes Your Dukeiness :D
  • If it was an iApple, it sounds about right . . .
  • If you have no receipt, how are you able to determine that you were charged simply for an apple?
