Maybe not much help in terms of booking, but I came back from Lanzarote 3 days ago (wanna go back!!)

If you're wanting to see sights, I cannot highly enough recommend booking a car, you could get a car for a week for £60 (when I was looking at transfers they were coming to £40, going to Playa Blanca)

Also have you thought about private rental? We rented a bungalow in Playa Blanca for £220 from www.holiday-rentals.co.uk (but if you call someone might accept a reduced rate - better someone being in it at a reduced rate than it beign empty with no rate at all)

c'mon its gone upto £390 now for 2 from gatwick....go on home page then click late deals centre of page then on the left put it london airports and Lanzorate 2 adults blah blah blah then under budget put UNDER £199 and hey presto after you remove excess baggage transfers you get above price...
I still have TC page up ... if you explain how to copy and paste I will show you all...it is that price...
