The defendant can bring a complaint of perverting the course of justice against the plaintiff.
They should call the police first opportunity.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
This wasn't falsifying evidence it was "reconstituting" it which MIL are wont to do - and do so openly - with their so-called Deeds of Assignment.
What's more Matt Murdoch has reappeared on the scene. Presumably his absence was due to his being required for the filming of the new Netflix series of Daredevil rather than there being any truth in the suggestion that he was an entirely imaginary character. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

AFAIK he hasn't. You're confusing him with Matt Murdock. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The letter I have a copy of shows the "h" version. AgainIamEmanresu wrote: »AFAIK he hasn't. It should be a police matter, this was in Camera "in closed court" this was a course of justice that was attempting to be perverted by false instrument.
Just what and how much are they getting away with, they are making an absolute laughing stick of not only the judge but the entire justice system.
Had a member of the public produced a false statement at court I doubt they would have even left the court.
The punishment is very clear, it is a custodial sentence.
What on earth is happening here with these courts, judges and parking companies.
This must be reported to the police for investigation.
These people are getting very rich quickly out of making an absolute mockery of the justice system.
Go to the police, go to the papers, make an absolute **** storm so it is impossible to brush under the carpet.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Was this referring to the letter of assignment "sent" by Parking Awareness Ltd or the letter from MIL informing the motorist that MIL now own the "Debt"?This wasn't falsifying evidence it was "reconstituting" it which MIL are wont to do - and do so openly - with their so-called Deeds of Assignment.0 -

HO87
Is this is a new claim issued or one still rolling around the system?
You would think the 'legal team' would know how to spell the name correctly.
