The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
The prize is for 2 winners. Each winner will receive:
1 x 90 day SSS Plan including: personalised meal plan and training methods, access to over a 100 recipes, training videos and access to the 90 day support team during the 90 days. Please note that this is an online plan so each winner will need access to a pc/tablet with internet access.
1 x Lean in 15: The Shape Plan Book
1 x Lean in 15: 15 minute meals and workouts to keep you lean and healthy book.
Two winners will be selected at random from all the entries

The winners will be notified via email that they have won on Wednesday 28th September and will have till 10am on Monday 3rd October to respond with their postal address. Should no response be received another winner may be selected.
Prize will be delivered within one calendar month from receipt of confirmation of details.
The prize includes delivery to the prize winner's UK home address. Any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred by accepting the prize including but not limited to any supplementary services or products, product installation or disposal and removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s UK home address) or any insurance excess charges are excluded.
Delivery will be arranged for Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. All items will be delivered together. A signature will be required upon delivery and the winner is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery, and that all items on the delivery note are checked and signed for on receipt.
