Just in case this helps anyone.... each month I'm told by santander to 'keep doing what you're doing' and soon I'll be able to get a contact less card which is also offline.
So went into branch today and helpful man said 'shouldn't be showing you this but this is your internal score with santander'. Mine was at 530 ish and he said to get a contact less card your score must be 600 or above.
Each month my score has been raising by 15-25 points so I'm not far off...
Just thought it might be helpful to someone
