how long to return to account,

firstly apologies if this is in wrong section,a couple days ago I was doing an online phone top up,but the payment didn't go through as there was a glitch in the mobile operators top up page,later that evening whilst checking my bank account I noticed this payment is pending in my bank account,i phoned the phone operator and they have no note of any payment and no top up was added to phone account which I understand as payment never went through,so just wondered how long this payment will be in limbo in my pending account before it gets returned,cheers all Robert

I'm not sure about mobiles but presume it's the same as any other payment that's gone wrong for me in the past - bank quoted ten working days maximum - the refund came through in about a week - this was last month.Never argue with an idiot. Especially not this idiot because I'm always right anyway.0
