Hi all,
Received a notice to keeper from district enforcement, I have read the newbie thread, but it says start a new thread if you have a ntk from district enforcement. They are part of ipc....
Can I use the template in the newbie thread regarding ipc's?
Thanks!!

Yes you can challenge it using the IPC template, writing as the keeper. Is the landowner a Council? DE often infest council car parks and operate a contract law regime 'as if it was private land' which is against the will of Parliament, as discussed on other threads:

Or is this the notorious cash cow of Staffs University, who should be thoroughly ashamed of this set-up, letting DE sue lecturers and students alike? You can find out more by searching for the main word of the location on this forum.
DE will not cancel BTW. And they might try a small claim, if so, do not ignore that. Come back here to discuss defences, if so.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
