ordered tyre 28/8 on advert stated delivery 48-72 hrs


tyre not arrived , the tyre came from there warehouse in france via GLS (parcelfarce?) , online fracking shows it going thru france , even jumping on a plane , but parcelfarce have now lost it (30/8)


communication with a german at a call centre is hard,


finishing statement was "you will get refund when returned to warehouse"


I should now refuse delivery , but if parcelfarce (find it?) and leave it with a neighbour then I have to pay £15 to return it


very small print on their website : in case of flood , world war 3 or the reincarnation of Maggie thatcher , we can take upto 30 days for delivery.


I shall have to mark my calender , to remind me to contact them after 30 days to claim my refund

The usual delivery time is 2–5 working days and is applicable to the majority of deliveries. We have established 30 days as the maximum delivery time but the great majority of tyres are delivered within the previously mentioned parameter.


Can't see any mention of world war 3 or Thatcher, which I was gutted about (have checked a few sections)

Criticizing their German call center is comical Those Germans have to learn a second language to speak to you, but you don't need to learn German to speak to them

1: the time stated for delivery on the ones I chose were 48-72 hrs


2: any company setting up a UK website and a UK contact phone , should not have to teach their staff English , they should be employed on the fact that they CAN speak English!


my problem seems to be the lack of communication between parcelfarce and them , parcelfarce have simply not replied to openeo,s requests for tracking delails

You people need to relax, if you want something so urgently you should find a bricks and mortar store you can go to.

So outside 50 miles you could have traveled and got the Tyre on the same day?

Sounds like a no brainer to me, you could have saved yourself all this impatient silliness for yourself.

you are speculating , and making false assumptions without knowing facts


copy/paste from their site is often not the correct currant information

my order was made because I was quoted 48-72 hrs , which they have failed to do , they have even missed your "The usual delivery time is 2–5 working days and is applicable to the majority of deliveries. " for tyres that were showing over 50 in stock (and still are)

as the vehicle is off the road , travelling over 50 miles might have been hard :j

yes or I could of got a taxi , better still I could have got parcelfarce to deliver them ,,,,, oh wait!
