Advice sought on County court letter re: private parking ticket

Hi, I would really appreciate some help with my issue. I'll try and give as much information as possible but please ask if you need more. The car park where I own my flat is very badly managed by Parking and Property Management Limited. There are tiny, narrow spaces and not enough for all residents. Some have residents permits, others have visitors. There are designated areas for these permits but they are very badly signed. We have both types of permit but it seems my husband parked my car with a visitors permit in a residents space. We're not sure because they won't show us the evidence until two weeks before the court. He had received quite a few tickets which he's ignored. We moved from this address in December so only just saw the solicitors letter and county Court letter. I went online today to acknowledge it and request more time to defend myself. Do you have any advice on what I can do? I was pregnant at the time, I don't know if that would be worth mentioning? Also it's in my maiden name and sent to my old address. Thanks so much!

You have to send the Subject Access Request to their registered data controller. Email won't do as you have to pay £10 for a SAR. Do you mean a Part 18?
What is the full name of the company or their company number
Also you need to Acknowledge the claim AND send in defence within 28 days. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The solicitors is Gladstones Solicitors,1 The Stables, Red Cow Yard, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6DG. The two numbers on the letter that I can see are 07535449 and 559050, are either of those the company number?
I might mean a Part 18... I'm not sure! I was following some advice that I didn't really understand!
So I just send in my defence? I was thinking they would get in touch with what I needed to do next?
Not sure what PPC means?
Thanks very much for your responses! I have had a look through but there's so much info that I find it a bit overwhelming!0 -
If the PPC is the Parking Management Company it's Parking and Property Management Limited0

Eek just called money claim and I am over the 28 days but they said if I do my defence ASAP then it will be processed as the company haven't entered judgement - if that's the correct expression!0
