Apple Watch & Argos

Hi,
Bought an Apple watch from Argos, after a day I decided its not for me.
Reading the T&Cs about returning it, I have to take it back unopened - obviously I have opened it to experiment with it to find out its not for me.
Before anyone says I should have tried it on at an Apple store or watch videos on YouTube etc to see before I got it, that wasn't an option really.
So basically, I should have either got it from somewhere else or not got it at all - I have stuffed myself getting it from Argos if I want a refund now?
Thanks

Yes indeed, you should have got it from somewhere that has an explicit policy to allow returns, unlike Argos where some categories like watches and electronics are exempt from their returns policy.0 -
Thats fine then, just thought I would check on the off chance. Thank you.

Sure but first some deductions:
Not in original packaging: -£30
Tainted new gadget smell: -£20
Already Worn: £-29
Fingerprints on face: £-50
So 179 - 129 = £50
Do you want paypal or pigeon?0 -

Your 179 is a little off the mark for the original RRP, that would just get you one of the nicer bands for it...0 -
Its in original packaging - the cheek of it!!0

You could have bought it direct from Apple online, and then would have had 14 days to return it.0
