Not seeing my credit report with Barclaycard

A couple of months ago I tried to get my Experian report through Barclaycard, as you supposedly can. It's been stuck at the 'we've sent your details to Experian' ever since. I'm not desperate to see it as everything I can see via Noddle and Clearscore is accurate and I've never been denied credit, but I will be getting a mortgage within a year and it won't hurt to check, and this is the free way to do it.
On Barclaycard's online banking site there doesn't seem to be an obvious point of contact for this problem. It's not mentioned on their FAQs regarding the credit score.
I don't want to have to call Experian because of how flipping awful they were when I tried to cancel a free trial a few years ago.

All they let you see is the score, so it's pointless.
Just pay £2 for your report direct to Experian.0 -
Hi Stu_N_

I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

What zx81 said - you don't 'see' anything other than a number so I really wouldn't worry about it. I reckon it's a ploy to make you want to know more and sign up for the full service at £14.99 a month. You don't see anything like the report, just a number. Pay your £2 and get your report through within a week or so, or Experian now offer Credit Matcher which is sort not your report either but you can see the number for free.0

I agree that it is pointless: I used this and after a few days found that my credit score was zero! A few days later it had gone up to nine hundred and something, but I was still declined for an ordinary bank account from Halifax!0

Sounds similar to the MSE Credit Club for me, where I still can't access mine either0

A member of my household has been in the same situation for several months. She just gave up bothering.0

Thanks for the replies, if it's just the score rather than the report I ain't gonna bother with this!0
