Incorrect default on Credit report affecting credit rating

All payments have been made on time
. I have a Statement of Accounts from the car finance company which proves this also. 0 -
Thank you everyone for your help and advice. I have had the default removed on the account and my credit rating has been restored - Thank goodness. Experian resolved this very very quickly.
On a side note, I will keep my complaint with the car finance company open as I have missed the boat on a property due to the error.
