financial concessions for disabled house buyers?

I'm going to have to move into a wheelchair accessible property by selling my current house and buying a bungalow.
I know there are no concessions for stamp duty for disabled people but it's an expensive business and I'm only having to move because I'm disabled.
Are there any other concessions for disabled home movers such as VAT relief on solicitors fees or anything like that?

Also (probably depending on the council) concessionary/free fees for planning etc if you need to make adaptations.
Not aware of any discounts on the conveyancing costs.0 -
If you have a social worker they might be able to advise you on grants you may be able to claim.0

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, most are means tested and by definition, if you can afford all the bills and fees to move house you'll have too much 'savings' to qualify. I will double check though.0
