Windfall medlars - feasible to try and grow?
Options
As above please.
Picked up a few last week. Is there any chance of them growing?
If so, how? What medium? In dark or light? All info. / thoughts very welcome.
Seems a pity not to try. There's plenty of help re: trees, but not how to start one.
Many thanks for any input.

Trees are usually grafted, on quince, I believe.
I tried seed once and it didn't happen, but that's not to say it wouldn't for you.
Windfalls won't be fully ripe yet....well, mine aren't.0
