Tv licence changes

my daughter hardly ever watches live TV.....and really didn't want to committee to paying for a licence as most of the time she is happy enough at the moment with Netflix...but so many different ways to watch these days and cant say I watch anything on iplayer . My daughter says if she absolutely needs to watch live tv or iplayer she is going to take a photo showing computer not plugged in ...just in case she ever gets a knock at the door.
Would be good if they had a terms and conditions type tick box..I meet all the conditions to allow me to watch ....ticked....good to go....
I am very probably overthinking things but I assume as its her room she would have to make sure any friends who visit don't watch something live ....although would that be allowed if they had a licence or would that only cover them in their room....0
