Frequency of lender updates Experian

Hi, Trying to do the long story short and need your help please :-)
Experian have surpressed an inaccurate delinquent marker on my credit rating caused by Vodafone which dropped my credit score down to 540 (poor) so i held off trying to get a new mortgage deal in case i got refused and would then have that black marker on my file as well. This is costing me interest every month as im on variable rate so i'm desperate to sort it out. Experian surpressing this marker has put my credit score back up to 978 but how do i know that this is what my lender will see when they do an affordability search?
My score is already 980 with equifax and call credit, it's just experian that wasn't updated but would be just my luck that's who they use.
I want to get a better mortgage deal but I don't know how long it takes for the lenders records to be updated, is it real time or is there a lag... what would you advise please?
Many thanks in advance -
PS it has taken me a YEAR to get this issue sorted to this stage with vodafone so i really don't want to go there again :T

No one sees your score apart from you.
You need to raise the issue with Vodafone if the marker is incorrect.0 -
Hi thanks for your reply, I have raised it with them and am doggedly chasing it along.0
