I have been looking at the talktalk value line rental this year, and notice some changes:
Current TalkTalk line rental is £17.70 a month
£212.40 12 months
£318.60 18 months
The new TalkTalk value line rental is:
12 months - £191.16 (£15.93 a month) - £21.40 saving (10% saving)
18 months - £270.81 (£15.05 a month) - £47.79 saving (15% saving)
On top of this I have a santander 123 account 3% cashbank on phone.
Is the Value Line Rental any good ????

I guess the clues are a saving of 10-15%
and cashback of 3%
The cashback on a years line rental would be £6.37
and the half year about £3
So yes, advance LR is worth it, and can't go up over your contract period if you have already paid it!0 -
I did pay my line rental up front for a year I had a new contract for a year Broadbank and Phone and whilst it is not a wonderful savings it is still a saving I thought I paid less than this so saved more ? It is 9 months since my contract. I still consider any saving is better than nothing especially with next to no interest on your money0
