Hello can anyone offer any advice. I have had a quick look on here regarding Next ppi and slightly confused.

Do i log the complaint with NEXT or Phoenix group? or both

thank you for any help offered.

I have had the account since 1991 and its still active so 25 years!!! where does the time go LOL
