Headphones for watching the TV at different volumes?

Hi Folks,
Anyone know where I can find headphones for my mother so she can watch the TV at a high volume and everyone else in the room can watch it at a normal volume? My mother is deaf in one ear and is coming to stay (and having to listen to the TV at full tilt drives us batty!
).
Any ideas other than reasoning with my mother would be welcome too!

i think you'll find that the option may already be on your TV.
many tvs have a seperate volume control for the headphone socket so you can plug in standard/normal headphones and then using your tv menu, crank up the volume of the headphones independently of the main speakers.
my 26" LCD tv has it and it's a curry's own make for £300 so it's not only expensive tvs that have this function.
check your tv manual and you may find normal headphones will do the job perfectly.
