I can't see a thread for this week, so here goes:
Breakfasts - wheatbix or porridge with banana - I also want to make a honey and sunflower seed loaf so could have toast in the week.
Monday - Egg or beans on toast for lunch with the babies and ratatouille chicken with rice for dinner
Tuesday - Salad for lunch (extra pickles) and I'm making baked (KFC style) chicken with corn and wedges.
Wednesday - lunch out with a friend and Gammon, beans and wedges for dinner
Thursday - Sarnies for lunch with Baked potato pot luck for dinner
Friday - Crudit!s with the babies at lunch and something fish based - likely baked mackerel - for dinnerAlmost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
