I can't see a thread for this week, so here goes:

Breakfasts - wheatbix or porridge with banana - I also want to make a honey and sunflower seed loaf so could have toast in the week.

Monday - Egg or beans on toast for lunch with the babies and ratatouille chicken with rice for dinner

Tuesday - Salad for lunch (extra pickles :D) and I'm making baked (KFC style) chicken with corn and wedges.

Wednesday - lunch out with a friend and Gammon, beans and wedges for dinner

Thursday - Sarnies for lunch with Baked potato pot luck for dinner

Friday - Crudit!s with the babies at lunch and something fish based - likely baked mackerel - for dinner
Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.
