Conditionally Approved?

I applied for a Debenhams card, because they offer 0% interest for 12 months on furniture purchases. My husband and I are furnishing our new house, so this is perfect for us. We wouldn't use the card for anything else.
I applied and it said conditional approval, just final checks. Am I actually approved or what? I signed an electronic document. Just wondering what else they'll need to do?
