Hi all
I am now preparing my witness statement for my court case to be heard shortly on pre POFA defence. Is there anything else I should attach to my witness statement as evidence which has been useful in cases such as mine. For example in my defence where there are references to cases should I attach them in the bundle

I have submitted my witness statement and evidence. I have stated I was not the driver and no proof has been given I was. In the witness evidence received from BW there is a photo that is not even me on a different day to the alleged contravention. Have BW and Excel tried this before do you know ? Any help gratefully appreciated.

What do they say the photo is for? It has to be referenced somewhere. Unless we know WHAT they say the photo shows we don't know what they're trying!

If they say "this shows that the defendant was the driver on Y date" then you say. "Well this clearly isn't me and it's not even the right day which was date Z". As a fairly obvious example. You say either they're deliberately misleading the ciurt, or they're utterly incompetent and their WS is too inaccurate to be relied upon. Have they ckaimed the defendant was the driver despite this not being something their supposed witness - who hasn't even seen the site!- can KNOW?
