Agrinall, thank you. I wish we could of but we absolutely begged, borrowed and stole virtually to get that.
Rachel thanks, yes weve paid a fee of £199.00 for it now. Ill be honest that was the best fee at our loan to value when the broker sat with us and did the searches. The best rate was 4.1% based on our criteria with the santander. Weve only got this 3.81 with natwest for 2 years. Will look at it again in two years time.
On a side note, we got new quotes for some of our insurances and direct debits etc and saved nearly £100 and sat down and worked out what we spend on coffee etc, mcdonalds and other food outlets including ones at work and last month spent £138???.
Weve stopped buying food whilst out and taking food and drink with us from home and ensuring we take our dinner to work so fingers crossed we will make another saving there. Crazy isnt it really?....the overpriced coffee generation lol0
