Wright Hassall/ZZPS/CMS - Formal Letter of Claim?

Hey,
I've read through the threads but can't really wrap my head around it all.
I've received 4 parking tickets in total
7th December 2015 - NtK received 1st June 2016
12th December 2015 - NtK received 1st June 2016
29th January 2016 - NtK received 1st June 2016
Original amounts on NtK show £124 for each one, letters then received from ZZPS for each on 1st July 2016 asking of £172 for each, then another on 18th July for each asking for the same amount or stating they will pass this on to Wright Hassall and that by doing to, the amount will increase by £30 + VAT.
I then received a (1) letter from Wright Hassall dated 11th August 2016 for a total balance of £624.00, stating they have been instructed by ZZPS who are acting on behalf of CMS.
I've now received a 'Formal Letter of Claim' dated 30th August 2016 stating their client is ZZPS and stating if I don't pay in 14 days they may be left with no alternative but to issue County Court proceedings.
What's the next step? Is this their version of a LLLBC?
As there was such a delay in them sending the NtK out, would the tickets be invalid on this basis only?
The 4th ticket I don't even recognise. It states that it was issued on 4th February 2016 and I've never received a NtK, just a letter from ZZPS stating I owe them £172 dated 6th July 2016 and a letter from Wright Hassall dated 22nd August 2016 stating I owe £208, never received anything else!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

BMPA advice on the WH/ZZPS letters

if and when you get an actual letter from WH , ACTUALLY written by WH where the client is your actual PPC , and no words like MAY on it , come back for help and guidance0 -

I would still reply, as that is what would look like, to a Judge at a hearing later, as a Letter of Claim from a Solicitor. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, consider it a duck.
Search here and pepipoo for 'Wright Hassall Letter of Claim' and find a short and concise 'I am not liable' type of response, like those posted by Gan on pepipoo.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
