  • Hope it all goes well for you Elsie Monkey. I would love to go and see our house for a third time but I don't want to jinx it.

Our buyers have not requested a 3rd viewing but I would be exactly like you and panicing.

Yes, it doesn't at all have to mean something's wrong if someone revisits. Now things are in progress they may just want to remind themselves about how the place looks and feels and how their stuff might fit in it.

As you and others have said, ElsieMonkey, you are spending a fortune on probably the biggest purchase of your life. If you want to go back and drool/go over with a fine tooth comb, just ask your vendors if that would be OK as you have every right to. What are they going to do, if they have a grain of sense? Tell you it's not convenient and risk losing a sale? If you let them know you are entirely flexible on when, they do not have much of an excuse, now do they?

This is the way the property market works; you have to be at the beck and call of your buyer(s) to some extent. Three visits is not unreasonable, ten is pushing it big time but I think goodwithsaving's move is not of her choosing; she may be doing her best to ensure she does not make a mistake. People's circumstances are different and we are not all the same people. I wish you both the best of luck with your moves.
