If one its usually wrong address .

No more helpful than a chocolate teapot.... What are you using pc phone semaphore? Which isp / email system. Crystal balls are us may help but here we need information.

"Trouble" is not a very helpful technical description, if you tell us what the problem is we might be able to suggest some solutions. A quick search didn't find anything to suggest there is a country-wide problem affecting emails and Belgium.

What service are you using to send email? Do you use a web-client or one installed on your PC? What domain are you trying to send to? Can you send to other domains? What error messages do you get?

I use a desktop , Yahoo mail through BT internet , the folks in Belgium are receiving my emails but when replying the mail is not showing in my mail box , these emails include friends , hotel , taxi , restaurants etc which I have used for a long time !
If it helps I went into My BT and set up a new email address and used it to send a email which went and to which I received an answer back .

So you aren't having trouble sending emails - you are having a problem getting emails that have been sent to you. Do emails sent inside the uk work? or are you not getting emails delivered at all? And as said - have you checked your spam folder?

Are the people sending you emails getting a bounce message after a few days? (This would suggest your From address is incorrect or you will need to contact BT internet)

Or as has been suggested the emails are going into your or BT's spam filter. Do you know how to check these?
