It was just the security deposit. I have the invoice saying it is refundable. I booked it on Facebook and he had 6 months to re let. I know for sure he would have as my father has now bought one,and it was fully booked all through summer. I know it's only £75 but it's the principle really. We had someone pay a deposit and then cancel, I returned their deposit as there was plenty of time to re let. I will write a letter and then just put it down to experience. Thanks for all your help.0
